Job Description
Summary:
-
Report to the Director of Regional Human Resources; work closely with HR counterparts across the countries
-
This position will require a C&B professional, capable of developing and managing C&B structures, reward programs, primarily in Asia region
Responsibilities:
-
Develop the salary structures, job grading and bonuses structures across Asia pacific region
-
Responsible for C&B analysis and reporting including compensation analysis, benefits practices and other analysis related to people management
-
Oversee all payroll administration functions as well as tax filing
-
Execute various HR initiatives such as employer salary & benefits programs, incentive plans and annual manpower budgets
-
Consolidate the internal & external annual salary benchmarking
-
Responsible for annual salary review exercise for maintaining competitiveness in the market.

Implement and maintain the HRIS
-
Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required
Requirements:
-
At least 7-8 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits with intimate knowledge of current legislations

Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, HRIS / talent management software
-
Familiar with job grading systems

Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details
-
with high level of organizational sensitivity, and outstanding relationship management skills
-
Excellent language abilities in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
