Responsibilities:

• Receptionist duties;
• Handle customer enquiries, maintenance calls and complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction;
• Mark down all the maintenance call records and inform related parties to follow up timely;  
• Input all the maintenance records into system;
• Sales order processing and making quotation;  
• Coordinate with internal departments for building good relationship in daily operations;
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE Certificate or above;
• At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service field;
• Customer oriented and good telephone manner;
• Able to work independently and have team spirit;
• Meticulous in following up details and have responsibility;
• Positive Attitude, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient Computer skills like MS office;
• Good command of spoken in Cantonese is a must;
• Experience in using EPICOR system is preferred;
• Immediately available is preferred.
