Key Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Sales Manager
• Provide administrative support to commercial account and sales teams
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time
• Communicate with internal departments to handle logical arrangements
• Prepare variety of sales report & analysis
• Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder
• 3 year’s relevant experience is an advantage
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
