Job Description:

• perform administrative and secretarial works for the Engineering Department;
• Monitoring of project team & working progress, coordinate with project member & client;
• Manage Project documentation and maintain good filing system;
• To update project reports, working programme and project photos;
• Ad-hoc project required.
  
  
  

Job Requirement:

• High Diploma or above for building / Engineering or TI Gradate;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
• Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Words);
• Good communication skills and site management skills;
• Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
