Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing company secretarial documents for the listed company and its subsidiaries;
• Organizing board meetings, committees meetings and shareholders meeting;
• Preparing annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars and other disclosure documentation;
• Maintaining/updating statutory records; and
• Assist under guidance in analyzing legal and regulatory issues and preparing relevant documents.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines;
• Associate or Student member of HKICS/ICSA is preferred;
• At least 2 years company secretarial experience, experience in listed companies is preferred;
• Basic knowledge in Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules;
• Good command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player; and
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
