Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programme and responsible for the annual renewal of insurance policies
- Work closely with insurers on all insurance claims of medical, employees’ compensation, and office general insurance
- Assist in salary review exercise for Hong Kong and East Asia offices
- Work with local office HRs in East Asia Region on salary surveys and benchmarking
- Prepare management reports and HR statistics
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in remuneration & benefits function, those with less experience will be considered for the Assistant role
- Detail-minded with good numeric sense and high accuracy on data
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
