Job Description

A leading O&G manufacturer is seeking to hire a contract Office Admin Clerk to assists in its daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office administrative support;
  • Maintain proper business and administrative records as directed;
  • Coordinate with third-party service vendors;
  • Perform any other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • College students or above with office/business sense
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred
  • Well organized, self-motivated and committed
  • Proficiency in MS office (Words, Excel) & Chinese Word Processing
