Job Responsibilities :

1)      To provide full range of  human resources functions including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits administration and ad hoc assignments

2)       Prepares regular reports such as headcount, employment movement etc. for senior management review

3)       Manages all benefit administration process including MPF, health insurance, medical, leave application

4)       Works closely with Finance to maintain updated employment data and record

5)       Responsible for daily attendance data maintenance and administration, visa application and tax return

6)       Provides support for Human Resources operations

7)       Support ad hoc projects or HR programs when required

Job Requirement :

1)   Diploma on Business Management or Human Resources discipline preferred

2)   At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources

3)   Previous experience in MNC in Asia is highly preferred

4)   Capable to work muti-tasks, well organized and meticulous in detail

5)   Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment

6)   Strong numeric sense, analytical and attentive to details.

7)   Strong at computer skill, proficient in MS Office

8)   Good communication and interpersonal skills

9)   Good command of English and Chinese, Putonghua preferable
