Duties:

• Report to Assistant Manager, Human Resources
• Act as receptionist
• Assist to handle incoming telephone calls, courier orders, incoming & outgoing mails
• Assist in managing the office administrative duties including office equipments and maintenance, telephone system, stationery and printing & etc.
• Involve in other administrative activities to ensure smooth office operation
• Assist to execute staff functions and corporate activities
• Assist to maintain e leave system
• Provide clerical support such as data consolidation, reporting and filing
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Min. 3 years of solid experience in office administration
• Well organized and detail oriented with food initiatives
• Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good spoken of English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
