Responsibilities:

• Participate in a full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, including recruitment, performance review, employee relations, compensation & benefits, health & safety, office administration and staff activities
• Assist with the implementation of HR & Admin. policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Prepare various regional reports and analysis for management review
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ solid experience in a full spectrum of HR Operations
• Strong analytical skill, well organized, high sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong in HR system, MS Excel and good in reporting skills
• Candidate is willing to travel to PRC (in Shenzhen) will be considered
