Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer set-up; administration files management; order loading;
• Logistics and distribution needs (in collaboration with outsourced logistic provider and in-house logistics/ operations head);
• Product forecasts (in collaboration with Sales Dpt);
• Monitorage of regional inventory at HK warehouse (finished products and POP materials);
• Monitorage of account statements and payment (in collaboration with Finance Dpt/ Sales Dpt);
• Maintain good relationship with distributors/ retailers/ subsidiaries;
• Monitorage of Supply Chain in-flow and product timelines;
• Reporting generation (with the essential usage of SAP) for order loading, invoicing, outstandings, etc…;
  
  
  

Requirements

• Secondary-level educated
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience, logistics and SAP experience a definite advantage.
• Result-oriented and willing to work independently.
• Ambitious and with great desire to grow with the company.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
