Job Description

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a market-leading banking technology recruiter to take on a key regional role.

As a key member of the Asia Pacific lateral recruitment team, you will oversee full-cycle hiring for technology vacancies regionally. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will execute case-by-case hires as well as defining and enhancing TA strategy and proactively sourcing top candidates. You will manage vendor relationships, whilst hiring directly as much as possible. This is a supervisory role, managing a small team of sourcers and coordinators.


The successful candidate will be an experienced recruiter with an excellent track record of developing and executing creative hiring solutions, combined with strong knowledge of the APAC banking technology market. They will be business-minded, have the credibility to influence the most senior staff in the client group, and be able to develop productive working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, vendors and the members of the TA team. They will have excellent time-management skills and will be able to handle multiple competing tasks in a high-pressure setting. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services or agency; experience covering banking technology is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with other Asian language abilities a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit in a geographically-diverse setting
  • Strong analytical skills
