Job Description

 

  • Administrator of day to day payroll issues
  • Responsible for all payroll matters
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Manager staff on payroll practices in line with company policies and local law.
  • Completion of monthly payroll cycle with speed and accuracy
  • Maintenance of payroll and time keeping data on an ongoing basis.
  • Knowledge on HK MPF / HK Labour Ordinance / Medical Scheme
  • Responsible for the HK and PRC and USA payroll.
  • Perform all other work related duties as assigned.

Work experience required:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in payroll processing and administration with supervisory experience.
  • Excel experience is a definite requirement
  • Experience in HR21 is an asset
  • Prior experience with payroll systems preferred
  • Proven experience in partnering with management staff
  • Good command with English
