You will be responsible to support the full spectrum of HR services to the Property Management Team, with highlighted in recruitment and selection to ensure the provision of full and effective manpower. You are also required to participate in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives.

Requirement

²   Degree holder with formal training in Human Resources Management or equivalent

²   At least 5 years HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years at supervisory level, preferably in property management or service industry

²   Strong in selection and interview skills, with solid experience in front-line staff recruitment

²   Conversant of the HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations

²   Good communication skills and being tactful to deal with all levels of employees

²   Team player with strong sense of responsibility and urgency

²   Self-initiative with strong drive to achieve excellence

²   Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
