Job Description
The Job
- Handling data input of settlement instructions in CCASS
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the settlement team
- Prepare various correspondences such as reports, record updating and filing
- Provide ad-hoc support when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in local securities settlement
- Familiar with CCASS operations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Detail-minded, hardworking, willing to learn and with good initiatives
- Immediate available is preferred
