Responsibilities

• Take care of all finance matters and transactions for the team as delegated by the group’s management;
• Work with a team of internal analysts, investors and researchers on any finance projects;
• Negotiate any terms with internal and external parties, including all documents necessary, to bring maximum benefits to the group;
• Prepare spreadsheets, memos, documents, etc. as necessary and perform financial analyses when needed; and
• Mitigate any financial business risks to the group.
  
  
  

  Requirements

• Experienced in Corporate Finance, and M&A
• Experienced in Structured Finance & Project Finance
• Good understanding of Listing Rules in Hong Kong and SFC regulations.
• Valid Type 6 License. Secondary RO status will have a distinct advantage.
• Valuation, financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Prior Team management, mentoring & Leadership skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (due to internal and external business partners ).
