Job Description
The Job
- Handle compliance related matters for Corporate Finance team
- Conduct compliance review and surveillance exercises
- Maintain and review internal policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure business in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
- Work with Group Legal and Compliance on ad hoc compliance projects
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Law / Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant compliance experience in financial industry
- Excellent knowledge of execution flow of IPO, Listing Rules / Takeovers Code
- Detail-oriented, self-initiative and responsible
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
