We are a Hong Kong listed company engaged primarily in property investment and property development in China.  we are recruiting a Financial Director / Chief  Financial Officer.  He/She will report directly to the CEO in soliciting and exploring new business opportunities.

Job Descriptions:

• Reporting to the Chairman, you will be responsible for the overall finance & accounting management of the company and for directing all the financial functions of the business.
• Responsible for the finance and accounting duties for the company and the subsidiaries.
• Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency & effectiveness.
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis, budget, forecast, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review.  
• Responsible for ensure listco rules and regulations, handle all listed company queries and structure deals such as M&A, disposal, share issuance, annual audit etc.  
• Review all monthly management accounts and prepare monthly operations and consolidation reports for top management in timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Qualified CPA holder with Bachelor degree major in Finance/Accounting.  
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of commercial experience in sizeable company within similar capacity
• Big 4 background is preferred but not a must
• Experience in HK Listed company is a MUST. You should have strong knowledge of listing rules of HKSE and company secretary
• Sound knowledge of accounting, business practice, legal and tax systems
• You should be analytical, statistical with strong project management and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required upon business need.
