The Job

• Provide the hedging of options, delta one and other structured products offered to clients
• Identify potential equity derivatives trading opportunities and hedging strategies for his/her trading book
• Responsible for risk management, PnL and daily accountability of major positions and various trading limits
• Co-ordinate between middle and back offices for operations and clients queries on daily transaction
• Ensure all trade activities are in full compliance with the Company policies, rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Engineering disciplines
• At least 3 years’relevant trading experience, especially in Delta One and options trading
• Sound knowledge of risk monitoring on trading platforms
• Positive working attitude, proactive and a good team player
• Good communication skills, business acumen, and work ethics. Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word as well as Database Administration
