The job

• Work with business units to formulate applications to meet business strategies
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Work with vendor and development team to propose solutions to fulfill the business requirements
• Create and maintain projects documentation. Communicate with internal/external counterparties on project activities and prepare regular reports for review; activities include UAT, incident review, project/enhancement prioritization and effort estimation
• Provide supports to business units

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ working experience in trading platform development, integration, production support and project management
• Strong knowledge of investment bank business such as market making, trading of derivatives and equity securities, and FICC
• Good working knowledge on SunGard’s system such as Front Arena / Global One is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of users and vendors
• Strong leadership, capable of working independently
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work

Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Manager position.
