Job Description
- Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant work experience
- Being a personal Executive Assistant to Chief Executive of a listed group in HK
- Able to organize and coordinate professional associations, charity bodies, deal with public annoucement or conference issues of various activities
- Good experience in managing commercial chambers, associations and work close with secretaries and other officers for liaison
- Work independently for documentations, speeches and translation issues
- Good planning and Chinese writing skills
- Mature, outgoing, self-initiatives with strong social skills
- Previous working in Marketing PR field most preferred
- Travel will required
