Responsibilities

• Execution of a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities
• Assessing potential deals by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling
• Preparing pitch book and business proposals
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related discipline
• Holder of Representative License for SFC Type 6 regulated activity
• With 5 - 8 years of working experience relevant to corporate finance, preferably with IPO and M&A execution experience
• Solid exposure and knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements
• Good knowledge about securities market and corporate finance activities
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill
• Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager or Executive
