Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account opening, updating clients & stocks master records and handling client’s enquiry;
• Liaise with sale teams, Legal & Compliance and other supporting teams in resolving documentation issues;
• Support implementation of new projects and undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in securities firm ;
• Good knowledge of customer account opening and maintenance;
• Familiar with securities and futures backoffice system including 2Go Trade and Sungard is an advantage;
• Pro-active in identifying and resolving problems
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good PC skills including Word, Excel and Chinese input.
