Responsibilities:

• Handle credit management and debt collection
• Follow up with customer enquiries and delinquent accounts proactively
• Analyze credit performance and work closely with the team to comply with corporate credit policy
• Contribute to the development of credit control procedures and related credit system development
• Perform special duties or ad hoc assignment as assigned by management

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, with at least 5 years of experience in credit collection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player with strong customer focus
• Responsible with positive attitude, independent, reliable, proactive and assertive
• Able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines
• Good PC skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
