Role outline

This role offers training and opportunities to gain experience in key business areas of the company, expecting well-performed candidates to become management level of a team for the Asia Pacific region within 2 years. It is an influential role in ensuring consistent and prompt servicing to our valued clients.

This role is expected to understand and introducing the firm’s services, including Investment Consultation, Protection Planning, Asset Allocation Management to prospects and maintain a well relationship with existing clients.

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with the Risk or Wealth Management team to implement customer acquisition, retention and event based targeting strategies and campaigns across all channels and track their success
• Provides proactive personalized service including transaction execution of financial products, assists clients on cash flow management, inquiries, investigation handling, and account monitoring
• Assists Seniors in preparation for client meetings and marketing trips and preparation of marketing materials to new clients, and post-meeting follow-up including execution of client instructions andpreparation of product proposals
   

Support

• Well-structured supporting departments on market data collections, product development, comparisons of business plans from well-known financial institutions.
• Comprehensive training is offered at various stages throughout on-the-job training. Areas include financial knowledge, product comparisons, practical skills on planning, portfolio management and business developing. 

Requirements

• University degree holder or above
• IANG candidates are welcome
• Good Communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese English will be a plus
