Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle complaints received from Complaint Hotline and all escalated cases from internal / case referral
- Investigate the complaint’s root cause, suggest every possibility remedial plan, discuss the settlement plan with complainant
- Reply complainant of our investigation result. Negotiate with complainant regarding the compensation or resolution plan. Prepare written reply to complainant and / or case referrer
- Analyze complaint trending and detailed described the referred case from regulatory, media, district councillor or serious complaint cases for management’s review
- Prepare various reports to Risk Management
Requirements
- Degree holder, minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Good product knowledge in banking, credit card or unsecured personal loan business, possess legal and compliance aspects will be an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
