Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, M&A,   takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
• Prepare pitch books and documentation
• Coordinate with other professional parties & regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange
• Design & Execute due diligence

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance or any related disciplines
• Possess professional qualification (i.e. LLB, CPA, CFA) is preferred
• At least 4 years corporate finance experience on dealing with Hong Kong Stock Exchange on IPO and M&A and with SFC on takeovers & mergers
• Proven track record of corporate finance transactions
• Strong modeling and valuation skills as well as excellent analytical, presentation, communication and business development skills
• Possess strong analytical, communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin speaking
