Working Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• To process and approve revival, additional of benefits, increase sum assured amount and lump sum top up with delegated underwriting authority and policy alteration requests
• Liaise with distribution channels on pending cases and service requests
• Assist to identify operation efficiency opportunities with proposed plans
• To provide technical training and supervise subordinates on underwriting and policy alteration request

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in policy service operation
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
