Responsibilities :

• Oversee the operations of securities, futures and asset management business
• Manage and supervise the operation (including settlement for HK and Global securities / futures / bonds), license obligations, risk control, compliance management of the Company
• Perform RO functions in securities, futures and/or asset management business
• Responsible for the formulation, revision and implementation of the management system, the business process and operational rules

Requirements :

• Degree Holder in Finance, Economics, Legal and/or related disciplines
• 8 years or above experience in securities sector with at least 5 years in management level as RO
• Licensed with SFC as RO for Type 1, 2 and 9 (with Type 6 is plus)
• Well versed in the operating procedures and related regulations of securities, futures and asset management
• Good command in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
