Our client, a well-established and sizeable retail bank, is looking for high-caliber person to join their branch operation services team

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the operation and business related activities
• Lead the operations of the branch and ensure all daily transactions and relevant controls are performed accurately and properly according to the Bank’s standard procedure
• Perform Customer Risk Assessment
• Monitor the financial activities of accounts and report any irregularities to the Bank’s Money Laundering Control Officer
• Monitor the service quality of the branch and handle customer’s complaints to ensure branch staff adhered to the standard courtesy requirements
• Monitor counter staffs to perform good customer services and achieve the referral quota

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• Sound knowledge in branch operations and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services
• Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience of which at least 3 years in the supervisory position of branch operations
• Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• Good understanding of branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
• Passed the HKSI Licensing Examination or is a Qualified Securities Dealer
• Passed the MPF and IIQE examinations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
