Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate finance assignments financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions. Prepare presentation materials for transactions and projects;
• Assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence;
• Liaise with clients, other professional parties/advisers and communicate with regulatory authorities;
• Prepare valuation such as DCFs and other financial models;
• Handle corporate finance projects including financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions;
• Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research analyses;
• Provide on-going support for maintaining liaisons with investors, investees, professional advisers and regulators;
• Responsible for forecasting cash requirements on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and execute daily financing decisions;
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and financial models that help forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements;
• Propose and implement hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the Company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions;
  Manage all aspects of in-house bank account management, hedging, international funds flows banking and investment portfolios;
• Assess risk and return tradeoffs in guidelines and performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted;
• Provide administrative support up to bulk-printing and related duties.
  

Requirements:

• A recognized Higher Diploma in Business, Accounting or related professional qualification;
• 3 - 4 years of related working experience in corporate finance gained from financial institutions or professional firms is preferred;
• Possess initiative and strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated and a good team player;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua;
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
