Job Duties:

- Priovide technical support to our existing customers;

- Responsible for security product solutions presales and implementation;

- Ensure Support Service Level is met

Requirements:

- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

- At least 1 year relevant experience preferred

- CISSP, CISA or MCSE: Security certification preferred

- Hands-on experience in security solutions such as: firewall, Anti-spam Gateway, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc

- Experience on application, solution and database support

- Excellent communication and analytical skills
