Responsibilities:

• Responsible for office administration such as: stationery management, reception management, facility maintenance and repair management etc.
• Responsible for assisting in HR functions mainly in: recruitment and selection, staff movement, employee relationship.
• Support in organizing company functions and activities;
• Maintain and update HR system, filing and data entry;
• Provide day-to-day support to the team; and
• Perform ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• With at least 1 year’s relevant experience;
• Retail industry is preferable;
• Flexible,self-motivated,mature and detailed-minded;
• Excellent communication skills and inerpersonal skills;
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel skills & Chinese Word Processing ;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer;
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred.
