Responsibilities :

• To handle various import and export shipments, transactions and documentations.
• Handle full set of ocean and air shipments
• Communicate with vendors for order management
• Communicate with thirty party logistic provider for warehouse operations
• Issue invoices to various customers
• Liaise with intercompany and vendors relating to stock delivery fulfillment
• Ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in MNC/third party logistic provider/retail industry
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office, preferably with knowledge on ERP / WMS
• Detailed minded, independent and good in communication
• Able to handle full set of import and export documents
• Experiences in order follow up and vendor management is a plus
• Immediate available is preferable
