Job Duties

• Supervise technical staff to carry out operation, maintenance and works for building services systems
• Provide technical support and advice on tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alternation and modification works
• Carry out regular audit on existing building services installations, recommend and implement improvement works
• Assist to perform regular review on maintenance procedures to ensure systems efficiency with optimum resources
• Assist managers to arrange procurement, manage contract and projects / works

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Chartered Engineer, MHKIE / MCIBSE / MIMechE / MIEE or equivalent is preferred
• Registered Energy Assessors, Registered Electrical Worker (Grade C or H) is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in commercial building with 2 years at supervisory level
• Self motivated and service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
