Job Description

Job duties & responsibilities

  • Responsible for all office administrative and secretarial duties
  • Manage calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    
Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree graduates with 3-5 years secretarial and administrative experience;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good planning and scheduling skills
  • Able to multi task and work well with all levels of staff
  • Good command of Chinese and English (fluent in Putonghua preferred)
  • Willing to work overtime when required
