Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in building or construction projects
• Calculation & estimation of the quantities of different elements of a building
• Knowledge of the costs of different materials
• Knowledge of building contracts & contractual law
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
