Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for formulating tender strategies, developing cost planning, and project budgeting
• To handle pre-contract and post-contract stage, including but not less than tender analysis and bidding, valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement
• With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology & Management or equivalent;
• Member of HKIS or RICS is an advantage;
• Min. 5 - 8 years relevant experience;
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors’ accounts;
• Keen to excel to management level and experience multi-discipline;
• Good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
