EIRE Systems is looking for a Test & Commissioning Liaison Manager to join our Hong Kong Office

The proposed candidate should have a recognised qualification and / or relevant experience in a “Building Services” environment.

For this project the person will require technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, BMS, ELV, Plumbing & Drainage and Fire Services.

Previous experience in Test & Commissioning on major hotel projects would be advantageous. The main task is to liaise with the specialist “Test & Commissioning Management” company which it is proposed will be employed on the project to manage all testing and commissioning.

This will require a detailed overview of the Scope of Work of the TCM Company and the activities of the Sub Contractors doing the actual Test & Commissioning works.

- Preparation of weekly / monthly progress reports.

- Managing weekly meetings.

- Presentations to Senior Management.

The work will be split between head office in Hong Kong and work on site in Macau.

The T&C contractor will be responsible for scheduling the T&C works in advance and ensuring adequate resources are employed to carry out the work.

The Liaison Manager will ensure this program is comprehensive, timely and executed to plan.

He or she will also monitor and manage the acceptance of completed certificates and reports of all activities and report regularly on their status.

All reports will be uploaded in real time to the Butterfly system and the status of each document will be kept up to date.
