Responsibilities:

• Responsible for retail outlets’ regular maintenance and new shops development from planning, managing & monitoring to completion
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors / contractors to coordinate the project
• Conduct regular site supervisions and meetings/inspections with relevant parties to monitor the progress, quality and cost control of fitting out project
• Maintain project document and update record drawings
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the company
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• 1-Year contract basis

Requirements: 

• Degree / High Diploma in Project Management / Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in management of fitting-Out Work preferably in retail industry
• Self motivated, well disciplined, detail-oriented and with excellent organizing and communication skills
• Be a good team player and able to work effectively with different working parties
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Experience in PRC is advantage
• Occasionally travels to PRC are required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
