About Our Client

Our client is a 1^st tier main contractor in Asia with projects in Hong Kong, Macau and regional China. Due to expansion and new projects in Hong Kong and Macau, they are currently looking for a high caliber Assistant BS Manager/ Senior Building Services Engineer (HK/Macau) to join their project team in Hong Kong or Macau.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 5 to 10 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry (Civil/ Building)
• Chartered Membership Status preferred for Assistant BS Manager role

 (Please note that candidates with less experience shall be considered for more junior positions within the company)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project coordination and planning for E&M installations in Building Services projects
• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultants and subcontractors
