-          Plays a substantial role in driving and implementation of projects or service programmes, working closely, productively and harmoniously with different internal and external stakeholders

-          Supports Director and Senior Management in the development of partnerships, new projects, and able to follow-up independently and conscientiously

-          Manages and assemble project teams to deliver timely desired service outcomes effectively and efficiently, whilst demonstrating and reflective of the corporate culture of care, respect and diligence

-          Strong interpersonal skills with a sense of urgency and personal drive for improvement

-          Diploma holder or above with at least 6 to 8 years of working experiences in a rigorous setting, of which some years would be spent serving an educational, social service or not-for-profit agency

-          Some years working in the commercial sector

-          A solid track record of leading or serving on teams of at least 3 team members for projects of duration no less than 1 year

-          An open-mind and astute awareness of current happenings in the community and the world

-          A humble yet positive can-do attitude

*Candidates with more experience or higher academic level may be considered for the position of Project Manager.
