This role will report to the Regional Technical Director, the opportunity to move into management is readily available for the individual who shows strong leadership qualities once onboard with the company. The post will focus heavily on technical design engineering activities, the company is not seeking Project Managers, however the ability to deliver assignments and lead by example is important. Chartered status is absolutely essential and this must be within HK institute, upper management would like to discuss this option with candidates who has solid HK market experience. (This is non negotiable.)

Experience areas should include most of the following:

- Academic qualification in Civil Engineering (ideally to Master level)

- Waste, wastewater, water engineering project portfolio (at least one)

- Strong design and modelling expertise with use of latest industry software

- Technical drawings, specification, studies and reporting

- Excellent communication with proven client interaction/management skills
