About Our Client

Our client is a 1st-tier Listed Landlord in Hong Kong with projects in Hong Kong and regional China. Due to expansion and new projects in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a high calibre Senior E&M Engineer/ E&M Engineer to join their project team in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 6 to 10 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry
• For Senior E&M Engineer, Chartership status or equivalent professional organization is preferred
• Good Project Management Skills

(Please note that candidates with less experience and academic shall be considered for more junior positions within the company)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design coordination, tendering, and project coordination throughout the project cycle
• Handle new-built or alternation & addition (A&A) projects
• Liaison and coordinate with other stakeholders
