Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for layout & budget planning of new store opening & renovation based on Headquarter /Corporate guideline & local market needs

• Work closely with Headquarter and ensure consistency of brand standard

• Responsible for the budget control and effective cost allocation

• Plan, coordinate, manage and follow-up the store layout design and construction process

• Handle site inspection and renovation projects with all relevant parties

• Collaborate with internal and external parties (such as vendors / landlord) to ensure the project schedule is on time & completed up to global standard

• Coordinate store maintenance with operation team

• Draft layout & preliminary 3-D rendering during layout planning stage

• Assist in any ad hoc project

Qualifications & Requirement:

• Degree holder in Architecture / Interior Design or relevant disciplines

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in project management preferably in retail skincare & cosmetic industry

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, MS Project and Adobe Photoshop

• Good interpersonal skills, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Strong on people management skill

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Cantonese and English
