Our client is a reputable retail brand with presence across the globe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic project manager to lead their store development within the region.

Reporting to the Regional Head, you will manage store construction projects within Asia Pacific market. You will set project programming, materials scheduling and sourcing of appropriate vendors. Working closely with internal designers and external contractors, you will ensure store development and renovation projects are in-line with global guidelines and quality expectations. You will manage time and budget control of each project to ensure on-time delivery of services. You will also be a focal point of contact for all issues in related to renovation progress with internal stakeholders.

Successful candidate should possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Engineering
• At least 8-10 years store construction or project management experience from retail or project consultancy sector
• Possessed regional market exposure, particularly Greater China market
• Hands-on experience in AutoCad drawings
• Highly organized, pragmatic and with ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal, project management and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
