To ensure that the project can be delivered with the highest quality, they are looking for a Senior Architect with strong design and project coordination skills to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor property development projects
• Carry out budgetary control and make sure projects are delivered on-time
• Coordinate with internal and external parties, including consultants, contractors and government authorities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architectural Studies
• HKIA/ ARB registered or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 7 years post-graduate working experience
• Proven PRC project coordination experience  
• Good understanding of PRC regulations
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
