To cope with the new phrase of a high-end residential project, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor residential development projects
• Review consultants' drawings and specifications
• Carry out budgetary control and make sure projects are delivered on-time
• Coordinate with internal and external parties, including consultants, contractors and government authorities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architectural Studies
• HKIA required; Authorized Person is an advantage
• Have a minimum of 10 years relevant project management experience from inception to completion
• Experience in high-end Hong Kong projects preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and English

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Project Manager position)
