Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the maintenance or installation project progress and quality of work
• Suggest and carry out improvement works to keep abreast with the lastest technology of the industry
  
  
  

Requirement

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years for related building services/Electronic/HVAC/BMS/IT networking maintenance/service work
• Possess IT or computer networking knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of BMS system operation (Andover, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Control is preferred)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & Chinese
