The successful candidate will improve manufacturing systems, organization and technology to reach the highest levels of manufacturing excellence in our industry. Initial duties as Manufacturing Manager will be to reorganize and manage all production at our Shenzhen factory with about 500 production workers (planned to increase to 1,000). If successful, will be promoted to Director of Manufacturing with responsibility for all manufacturing activities in our company including 2 existing and maybe one new factory.

Requirements:

1. Technically oriented with a degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in industrial or mechanical engineering

2. At least 3 years experience in cut & sew production in China

3. Expert in professional production management

4. Good analytical and communication skills, fluent in Mandarin, English language an advantage

5. Loyalty, honesty, integrity and a commitment to excellence

6. Candidates with exceptional qualifications may be hired initially as Director of Manufacturing.
